We take great pride in the fact that we utilize the very machinery that would have made these over a hundred years ago. In fact, when these washboards were originally made, there would have been a worker at each station - Andy doesn't have a team around him. So he maximizes his efficiency and quality control by having enough parts ready to go for 100 washboards.
